To lead this transformation, the National Secondary & Higher Education Excellence Council NSHEC introduces the National Association for Professional Skills, Knowledge, Innovation, Learning & Leadership Systems NAPSKILLS—a national ecosystem driven by the 6E Framework: Educate, Encourage, Evolve, Embrace, Empower, and Excel.

This mission aims to unify and uplift: Students • Parents • Faculties, Schools • Colleges • Universities • Skill Institutions • Corporates • Industries • Government Agencies and Professionals.

NAPSKILLS is designed to make India a global hub for academic and Skills excellence, digital capability, vocational expertise, innovation, and employability—fully aligned with NEP 2020.
